Pranayama Breathwork Basics 3 Part Series with Jacquie Brown
This three-session workshop series is for beginners interested in exploring the powerful practice of pranayama. Often translated as the lengthening, expanding, or directing of prana (breath, life force), pranayama is a powerful tool for calming the mind and regulating the nervous system.
Over the three one-hour sessions, you'll learn key breathing practices designed to help you:
Soothe your nervous system. Discover simple breathing exercises that can reduce stress and promote a sense of calm.
Create mental clarity. Learn to focus and quiet a busy mind through the breath.
Build a home practice. Gain the tools and confidence to integrate these practices into your daily life.
This series is a chance to reset your mind, connect with your breath, and walk away with accessible tools you can use anytime, anywhere. No prior yoga or breathwork experience necessary. We can adjust the practice to meet you where you are. Absolute beginners are welcome and encouraged! Experienced practitioners will also gain benefit by revisiting the basics in a held and supportive group.
Monday evenings 5-6pm: October 20th, November 3rd, & November 17th
We recommend signing up for all 3 for continuity of practice.
When you register for all 3 sessions - you will receive a mini bottle of eucalyptus essential & a custom ‘breathe easy’ tea blend
