A gem from the archives in May of 2023. We call this one the 'DayDream Album Cover'.
Some things have changed and some have not. (We have not released our first album but we have been here taking good care of each other and our communities.)
Most of the folks in this pic and quite a few new additions to our DayDream family will be celebrating May Day & Beltane this Thursday evening!
Expect Yoga Nidra, gentle movement practice, Reiki, herbal tea, and a bonfire. Wear your cozy clothes and bring pillows. When we practice together, we are changed. It is brave and deeply healing to let our bodies rest in a room with other people.
This world needs its activists and organizers resourced and well rested.

As the trees flower and the temperatures warm up, we get a glimpse into the element of Fire - associated with the summer, blossoming flowers, and joy.
With so many things thrown into chaos and so much suffering it may feel strange to access these simple joys. And it is also necessary. A warm evening, a hug, the scent of apple blossoms all help us to keep going.
Keep exhaling, keep loving this world. Systems of oppression rely on our overwhelm. When we are resourced we are more present and more effective change makers.
Keep dreaming of a world where every human can stop and safely enjoy the fragrant trees on a spring evening. Keep working to make it real.

Hey folks - Masha here with some peach blossoms to share the vision for DayDream as we navigate the shared stresses of being human in a terrible and beautiful world.
Yes - we will be impacted by climate collapse, oppressive laws, tariffs, unreasonable demands on small businesses, and increased stress in our communities. In May we will also be taking a few weeks off from community clinic to attend to a family member's post op care.
How does anyone show up for this? How can you show up for us and everyone else simultaneously living with manufactured fear and scarcity? What do our offerings look like as I continue to divest from productivity as a measure of worth?

When you are visiting clinic - ask us about the 'Spring Cleaning' herb bundle - 2 oz each of organic nettle leaf, burdock root, and dandelion leaf to help you get acclimated for the season!

Lauren is in twice a month so book ahead. Acupuncture works best when it is a regular part of your care routine.
