Join Lynn for this 3-Week series to help cool the physical body, increase emotional resilience, and anchor the mind in inner wisdom. Perfect for Individuals experiencing temperature sensitivity, chronic stress, side effects from medications or navigating hormonal fluctuations.
Sometimes called 'yogic sleep', Nidra is practiced while lying down and listening to a guided meditation. No movement required, just get cozy and enjoy.
Our time together will include:
* Restorative propping
* Guided yoga nidra practice
* Tuning fork meditation
* Cooling tea and compress with gentle aromatic hydrosol sprays
No yoga experience necessary. come as you are and expand your capacity to relax on purpose.
In person class. We have props but feel free to bring your own for maximum comfort!
