Join Rose Berlinger for an inclusive community sound meditation - a welcoming, gentle evening designed for rest, connection, and collective calm.
What to expect:
We’ll begin with simple, guided breathing and grounding exercises to settle the body and mind.
You’ll then be invited to sit or lie down on a mat while Rose plays crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, allowing their vibrations to support deep relaxation and presence.
The session is practiced in a supportive group setting where everyone’s experience is honored. There’s no right or wrong way to receive the sounds.
Who this is for:
Everyone is welcome - no prior meditation or sound experience required.
This space is intentionally accessible and inclusive - people of all backgrounds, identities, bodies, and abilities are invited to join. If you have mobility needs or sensory sensitivities, please let us know so we can help you feel comfortable.
Contraindications: Not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy
What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing. A mat, pillows, blankets, and eye mask will be provided to help you get cozy, but feel free to bring your own props!
If you prefer to sit rather than lie down, we have seating options - adapt the practice to what feels safe and nourishing.
Why join:
A gentle opportunity to pause from daily life, reconnect with yourself, and share a restorative experience with others in our Beacon community.
Regular sound meditation can support stress reduction, better sleep, and improved mental clarity - and doing it together deepens a sense of belonging and mutual care.
Come as you are, settle in, and share in a peaceful, community-centered sound meditation with Rose. This event is donation based. All proceeds support our sliding scale and free offerings. Donations can be added at registration.
