Yoga Nidra for Sleep Hygiene

Join Masha Schmidt, L.Ac for these 75 minute workshops focusing on the Yoga Nidra Practice as a tool for sleep regulation. Each class includes discussion, tuning fork meditation, breath practice, and a guided yoga nidra session. Both classes include a recorded yoga nidra. Each session also includes a bag of relaxing herbal tea, or a hydrosol to take home.

Our time together will include:

  • Sleep hygiene discussion and research based suggestions

  • Restorative propping

  • Guided yoga nidra practice

  • Tuning fork meditation

  • Recorded ‘nidra for sleep’ meditation for home practice

  • Custom blended herbal tea bag (oat straw and lavender or oat straw and lemon balm) OR Any hydrosol or room spray from our apothecary

No yoga experience necessary, come as you are and expand your capacity to relax on purpose.

In person class is limited to 8 people. We have props but feel free to bring your own for maximum comfort!
