SOMATIC MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Meagan Kobielski
she/her
Meagan is a NY licensed occupational therapist who’s been supporting children with special needs since 2013. She works in homes, clinics, and schools, helping children with ADHD, autism, chromosomal differences, and developmental delays to build skills and participate fully in everyday life.
She earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Utica College and is also a certified Nervous System Regulation Practitioner through the Institute of Applied Somatics. Currently, she is expanding her knowledge through studies in conscious breathwork and yoga.
As a neurodivergent therapist herself, Meagan has a special interest in body-based regulation. She approaches her work with curiosity, with the goal of helping others learn practical tools to incorporate into their self-care routines.
When she’s not working with children and families, Meagan runs Strong Paws Rescue, a nonprofit dog rescue. She loves giving back to her community, exploring new towns and cities (*with a cup of iced coffee in hand) and spending time in nature with her two dogs, Mia and Bucky.
