Yoga Nidra for Changemakers

Immersion

Support yourself and your community as we dream new worlds together

Yoga Nidra Immersion iSometimes referred to as ‘Yogic Sleep”, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that rejuvenates the mind while the body is resting. Many health benefits are linked to this style of meditation, which can be practiced lying down in bed. All that is required is curiosity, and a willingness to listen to the instruction. Join Masha Schmidt, L.Ac for these 90 minute workshops focusing on the Yoga Nidra Practice as a tool for self regulation. Learn more about Nidra and how it can support you! No yoga experience necessary, come as you are and expand your capacity to relax on purpose.

This immersion is a prerequisite for our Yoga Nidra for Changemakers Facilitator Training offered in May.

$120 includes either 4 weekly or 1 full day session. Email us if this is cost prohibitive - scholarship options are available.
