Yoga Nidra Immersion iSometimes referred to as ‘Yogic Sleep”, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that rejuvenates the mind while the body is resting. Many health benefits are linked to this style of meditation, which can be practiced lying down in bed. All that is required is curiosity, and a willingness to listen to the instruction. Join Masha Schmidt, L.Ac for these 90 minute workshops focusing on the Yoga Nidra Practice as a tool for self regulation. Learn more about Nidra and how it can support you! No yoga experience necessary, come as you are and expand your capacity to relax on purpose.

This immersion is a prerequisite for our Yoga Nidra for Changemakers Facilitator Training offered in November.

$120 includes either 4 weekly sessions. Email us if this is cost prohibitive - scholarship options are available.

Tuesdays 7:30-9pm 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, + 10/20: Plan on attending all 4 classes - each week builds on the previous session.

Week 3: Nidra for Changing Habits

Week 4: Science of Nidra & designing your personal practice

Our time together will include:

  • Community check in

  • Restorative propping

  • Guided yoga nidra practice

  • Journaling & Self Reflection to design your most effective practice

  • Recorded Nidra Meditations for home practice
