Prenatal Yoga: 5 Week Summer Series
Join Masha for a 5 week series of prenatal yoga. Each class includes gentle yoga postures, breath practice, meditation, community check in, acupressure/myofascial release, and herbal tea.
Mondays 5:30-6:45 July 20, 27, August 3, 10 & 17
All stages of pregnancy welcome, no previous yoga experience required. We welcome all gender expressions.
You must sign up for the full 5 week series, but If you miss a class, you are welcome to join one of our weekly yoga nidra classes instead. If you need a scholarship to attend, please email us.
