Sometimes referred to as ‘Yogic Sleep”, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that rejuvenates the mind while the body is resting. Many health benefits are linked to this style of meditation, which can be practiced lying down in bed. All that is required is curiosity, and a willingness to listen to the instruction.
