Yoga Nidra Immersion: 4 Week Series

Join Masha Schmidt, L.Ac for these 90 minute workshops focusing on the Yoga Nidra Practice as a tool for self regulation. This workshop is being offered as both an in person and a virtual Zoom option. The in person workshop at our clinic is limited to 6 people.

Each weeks recording will be shared and all recordings will be available for two weeks after the last session. You will also receive supplementary recorded practices.

Thursdays 6:30-8pm January 8, 15, 22, & 29th: Plan on attending all 4 classes - each week builds on the previous session.

Week 1: Defining Nidra & Restorative Propping

Week 2: Sanklapa & Intention

Week 3: Nidra for Changing Habits

Week 4: Science of Nidra & designing your personal practice

Our time together will include:

  • Community check in

  • Restorative propping

  • Guided yoga nidra practice

  • Journaling & Self Reflection to design your most effective practice

  • Recorded Nidra Meditations for home practice

No yoga experience necessary, come as you are and expand your capacity to relax on purpose.

In person: Class is limited to 6. Masks optional. We will work on the floor but if you do not enjoy being on the floor, we also have massage tables and zero gravity chairs available. We have props but feel free to bring your own for maximum comfort! REGISTER HERE FOR IN PERSON OPTION

Virtual: Join us from home for maximum comfort and coziness. We will email you a list of suggested props to have on hand during the sessions - but no special equipment will be necessary. You will need a cozy space with pillows and blankets to listen in. Feel free to keep your camera off! The more the merrier - invite your friends and family to join in.
