Michelle is a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Ceremonial Breathwork Facilitator, and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding individuals and groups. Well-versed in science-backed mind-body education, she integrates meditation, breathwork, somatic tools, and reflective practices into her work. Her results-driven style supports nervous system regulation and stress reduction to help others reconnect with themselves and build resilience.
Michelle is dedicated to facilitating community circles and events that foster insight, connection, and healing. She has supported individuals across a wide spectrum of needs, including oncology patients, people with PTSD, children and teens, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, health challenges, and more.
She also completed DayDream’s first cohort of Medicine Folk Mentorship program. This mentorship deepened her understanding of how Traditional East Asian Medicine, Yoga, and global folk traditions intersect with modern research to create more holistic, community-based models of care.
