Our Cancellation Policy
Through the pandemic we have encouraged everyone to stay home when they are unwell - and this is still the case! If you miss a session due to illness we will work to refund, reschedule, or accommodate you to the best of our ability. If you have a session and do not let us know that you are ill but miss your appointment, we consider this a ‘no show’ and cannot offer a refund. Please be in touch and text or email us at daydreamclinic@gmail.com or call at 845-288-1861 if you have any questions about our policy. If you test positive for COVID or experience a medical emergency you will be able to receive a refund if requested.
For 1:1 Private Acupuncture Sessions: All cancellations prior to 24 hours before your session will be fully refunded if you have prepaid. You will be able to reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time. If you need to cancel due to illness within 24 hours of your session, please email us to reschedule. If you fail to show up for your session and don’t let us know, that is considered a ‘no show’ and you will be expected to pay for the full cost of the session.
For Community Acupuncture Sessions: All cancellations prior to 24 hours before your session will be fully refunded. You will be able to reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the start time. If you need to cancel due to illness within 12 hours of your session, please email us to reschedule. If you fail to show up for your session and don’t let us know, that is considered a ‘no show’ and you will be expected to pay for the full cost of the session.
For ongoing classes and support group series: You will be able to withdraw for full refund up to one week before class begins or keep a credit for a future class. If you withdraw from the series after the first class, you will be refunded 50% of the total cost. We are unable to refund missed sessions or withdrawing from the series after the second session. If you need to cancel due to illness within 24 hours of your session, please email us.
For events and workshops: You will be able to withdraw for a full refund up to 48 hours before the event/worskhop. If you need to cancel due to illness, please email us and we will offer you a rescheduling option or 50% refund. If you fail to show up for your session and don’t let us know, that is considered a ‘no show’ and you will be expected to pay for the full cost of the event.
