My Approach
Over the past 20 years, I have worked with people in hospitals, harm reduction centers, yoga studios, schools, private practice, and community clinics.
The practices offered for 1:1 mentorship are a distillation of what works across different settings and populations. These are the foundations for my own health, the health of my family that can be effectively shared with others. I would love to see more skill and care offered in our communities.
I deeply treasure my personal mentors, wisdom keepers, and all of the students that have become my greatest teachers.
