Masha is clinic lead with a rotating schedule of support staff offering craniosacral therapy with Nora, Reiki + Limpia with Robyn, and trigger point release/PT support with Sam.

Sliding scale options: $75 is the cost of the session, $60 for those who need assistance, and $45 for those who are struggling. Semi private acupuncture sessions with Lauren are recommended for complex conditions that benefit from an herbal consultation, for folks needing a less stimulating atmosphere than community clinic, and for partners/friends/family members that would like to come in together. (Just book two sessions 15 min apart)

Expect a brief intake, acupuncture treatment, and adjunct therapies such as cupping, moxa, etc. There will be two simultaneous treatments on socially distanced massage tables. Masks are optional

Creativity clinics with Lauren are a monthly offering to tend to the creative spirit that dwells within all of us. Part acupuncture treatment and part open studio, these sessions intend to bring spaciousness and support to tend to your creative flow. Each month we tailor the treatment, flower essence, and essential oil to the season. After your session you will receive Lauren’s notes on the points and plants used with the playlist to support your process at home.

Free Ear Acupuncture Clinics are provided as part of our mission to train new NADA AcuDetox Specialists. Your treatment may be offered by someone still in training, with a Licensed Acupuncturist supervising each treatment.

To enjoy the benefits of ear acupuncture, you will be resting on a massage table or zero gravity chair. You don’t need to wear anything in particular or undress (but you can certainly remove your shoes and get cozy). Expect to spend 20 minutes resting with the needles, or just stop in for ear seeds if you are on the go. Ear seeds can be applied in just a few minutes.

Private acupuncture sessions with Masha are recommended for complex conditions, or when in need of 1:1 care.

All 1:1 sessions include a detailed intake, acupuncture points on the front and back of the body, and adjunct therapies. Additional modalities may include aromatherapy, moxa, gua sha, cupping, acupressure, magnets, tuning forks, and sound therapies.

Masha offers esoteric acupuncture and five element protocols to assist with creating new patterns and clearing stagnant energy. Custom flower essence formulas, aromatherapy blends, and herbal tea blends are available as an addition to your session.

1:1 Reiki sessions with Usui Reiki Master Taylor are a gentle way to support relaxation and stress management.

Reiki is a beautiful practice of energy transfer through the hands that heals on the physical, mental, and emotional levels.

Meaning “a way of healing” Curanderismo is an earth-based wisdom tradition of the Americas that utilizes energetic cleansings, herbs, heart-to-heart talks, touch, sound healing, prayer, and much more to help balance your emotions, spirit, and body.

We offer workshops and classes that support our mission to provides accessible and healing centered holistic care in a group setting.

All of our workshops and classes follow brave space guidelines and are led either by staff, mentors, or participants in our medicine folk mentorship program.
